    Description of problem

    I'm trying to recover my forum I omitted on or about 8-27-2020
    Since I am the founder and admin I can't seem to sign as admin.
    I just want to bring the site back up what do I need to do in this case?

    I do remember changing that when I omitted it!

    only the founder can delete the forum ( the confirmation about the deletion was sent to the creation email you provide )

    Please be patient all of our team work for free in our own time from home.
    You only need to Pm one time to one staff member. "skouliki" is dealing with your problem.

    Please note:

    Founder: is the owner of the forum
    Admin: is some one who helps in your Admin control panel

    We can only help the founders of a forum and not the admins
    If a forum is deleted by the founder then they can us the founders tools to log in and restore the forum using them tools (Admins Cant use that tool)

    My Apologies for the 3 PMs. I just think that they went thru since I didn't see them in my sent box.
    I am the Founder however. I do not remember what my password is tho. Also I think I may know my username but I may be wrong on that as well. Can you direct me where to go to change both of those please?

    I am the founder and Admin. I tried to log into the founders tools but don't remember my log in password as the Founder.

    I can see and move thru the Site. However, when I go to log in I can't, it won't let me. I can't get around it. Even when I try to reset (forgot) my password I get the message below ... I have never used another e-mail addy! ... Any ideas?


    It keeps telling me this...

    you need to select the option i forgot my password ( click the log in option from the toolbar )

    in order to reset your founder's password not the admins

    so to that option fill the creation email ( the one you send me by private message)
    and the founder's username
