help i lost my forum password

I have the password to initialize the forum

but how to recover forum password

You can't get your password from the forum Utilities.
If you have logged in to the tools then you are using the right Password. if you have changed your password in the forum but not on the Forum Utilities then you can use the tools to log in to your ACP

Just press the direct link to Admin control panel button then it will log you in as admin / Founder.
Then you can change your password to something you will remember.

If not then you can send me a PM here on the support forum with the following.

URL of your forum,
Email address of founders account.
Founders username.

This MUST be sent to me by PM only.

I followed the instructions correctly but it doesn't work

Please type the New Password as you see it on your Email please don't try and copy and paste it.

once you are in the forum please change your password to something you will remember and then let me know by pressing mark solved on the button found at the top of this topic.

@ape I don't have that email anymore
Currently I only have the founder password and remember its email name, I can log in to the FOUNDERS' TOOLS toolbar but I can't reset the forum password because it doesn't work

If you can access the founder's tools, then you can modify the founder account on the forum and manually request a new password

Go to the "Security" tab from the tools and set "Remove the safety 'Disallow to send a new password'" to Yes, remove it.
At this point you will be able to normally request a new password with the link "Forgot password" on the login page

I see that you have logged in to your forum ok and last time you logged in was 16th Feb 22
So I will mark this as solved.
