Non-retroactive guest avatar image

I recently edited the guest image. However now in all old comments there is a default image...


@The Godfather Can you implement a way to avoid this problem? I have a lot of comments from guests who are now avatarless.

The setting for changing guest avatar should be global / retroactive ... or it shouldn't delete old guest avatars anyway

Instead I don't think the default avatar for registered users has this problem
