Good afternoon I renewed the Extended package every month, because. changed the domain name to my own. But now Paypal does not work for Russia! The payment failed and the domain name went down. How can I buy the Advanced package if it is not possible to pay using this only method? There are credit units in your personal account, but you can’t use them, there is no such possibility in the personal account. How can I get my old address back? Hello @poesia-verses Thank you for your post about your domain name problem and paypal.

First of all I would remind you NOT to post the same problem on more then one support forum you will only slow your problem down as one or more staff member's would make the same report at the same time.
Posting here and some other support will not help you any faster.

EDIT: sadly this problem is out of our hands about paypal and there is no other way to do this right now.

As you got a reply on the other support forum and we can't help you in any other way right now i will close this topic.
