    Solved I HAVE LOST THE FOUNDER PASSWORD and email

    How do I get new creator IDs for a forum I have created.
    so I can get the backup file taken.
    I don't remember the email or the password I used to create the forum.

    hello

    in order to be able to help you we must have the following information ( for security reasons )
    please send the following to me only by a private message
    - forum address
    - founder's username
    - email you used to create the forum

    we must have the correct email in order to proceed
    if you don't remember it, please send me a list of potential emails
