    Solved Problem With Servimg

Post by azwiz October 20th 2022, 9:42 pm

    Hello again .

For a couple weeks now I have had a new problem with hosting an image .

For 10 years now , as you probably know . I have been posting and storing images in my site . Undoubtedly in the 10's of thousands .

Normally I just click the " HOST AN IMAGE " block in the editor . And the defaul hosting box just pops right up .

    IE :

    Problem With Servimg Host_n10

But for the last couple of weeks . Everytime I try to host an image , everytime , not just when I log in . But every post . I get asked to log in .

    IE : 1st screen

    removed by skouliki

    2nd screen

    removed by skouliki

    3rd screen

    removed by skouliki

And finally the 4th screen .

    Problem With Servimg Host_n11

I have not changed default browsers even for a minute . Still Firefox . As it has been for about 6 years . Since I stopped using Maxthon .

What was really srewy . Was yesterday I happened to log into Chrome breifly regarding another issue . ( Firefox stiil being my default browser mind you ).

I had to host an image while in Chrome . And it worked fine . Went right to default host box .
Back to Firefox and it is still asking for log in every time .

I can remember this happening 2 or 3 times over the years . But only once at a time . Not for every image .

Just before this I went to servimg.com to complain  . They directed me here .

    UGH .

    Thank you

I use Firefox and have no issues with host an image.  Is your Firefox up to date?  It is now version 106.0.

The fact is that it is happening in my site . And it shouldn't . I haven't changed anything . Other than the new Firefox last week . But it was happening beforte then . And is still doing it . It is terribly frustrating .

I use my site for image hosting and storage ( hidden ) . Multiple times per hour / day .

I hope someone is looking into this .

    Thank you .
