What are the improvements made?

Many improvements have been made following the redesign of the management of smileys, in particular:

The arrival of drag & drop to move the smileys in the different categories;

The ability to upload up to 20 smileys simultaneously;

The ability to upload a smiley from its URL link;
Auto-completion of the smiley code and its meaning when uploading a smiley;
