    Solved Help with "affiliates"

    Okay, I've followed the instructions in the following tutorial here.

    I've added my affiliates to the bottom of the index page (which you can clearly see). However, when I went to add the second part to the CSS Stylesheet like it says in the tutorial, nothing has changed. The title doesn't center and there's no box. What am I doing wrong?
