How to I publish my forum into a specific directory?

My forum is set to be published but I don't understand where I go to tell it to be in this particular directory in the forum directories page. When I click on "Select between all categories" there is a pop up page but only "Cancel and Save"

Participate in forums directory: yes

then when the window is opened you must click the category you want on the left side then again click the next subcategory you want on the right side ...and save

sometimes may take a while for the forum to appear... try clicking the links in the footer links of your forum often.

Hello, I am trying but I think maybe I am doing something wrong. Here is what I see.









And it just sits there and nothing happens.

I tried to embed the image url but it's now displaying so I just copy and pasted it there. I hope you can see what I see now.

ok the pop-up window must be like this



please do the following steps
-clear your browser cookies
-update your browser
-disable any browser plugins

if the issue insists then try another broswer

If you have pop up blocker installed in your browser try and turn this off as it could be blocking the pop up we use.
Also try and clear your browser.

I have tried two different browers and two different computers and the results are the same. I'm sorry but can someone help me?

we are helping ...there is no issue with the pop up window
i tested this with 2 forums , many browsers and i do not see any issues

this is must be something from your side /
did you turn off the browser plugins? or your antivirus

no Anti-Virus
no blockers

new forum and still the same.

Can you give me a test account with rights to access the admin panel to check if i can open it please

another one telling me that you are going to make the test accounts yourself
but you did not send any account information

you are right I will open a ticket to the head office, cause I tested this on 4 forums of mine all worked but in your forum stranger it wont open
