Disabling Flood Control option

Hello,

is there any possible way to completely disable the flood control on my forum?

The option in the administration panel offers only minimum of 10 seconds between 2 posted messages.

Flood control. Delay between 2 messages, topics or private messages by a user.
Minimum : 10 - Maximum : 9999

Can i somehow disable it? Typing "0" doesn't solve anything.

Unfortunately, this option cannot be deactivated completely.

I would also like to remind you that this option does not apply to administrators and moderators. That is, administrators and moderators can publish posts without this delay.
