No. User here wrote pm to me but i cant answer to him. I think if he writes, eve though he restricted PM, i should be able to respond. If not, there cant be any communication and PM lose its purpose.

Yes. Team member. He restricted his PM. i understand if he doesnt want people to bother him, but if i am contacted first, i think i should be able to respond. Like this, PM loses its point.
