Deleting my Founder Account

Greetings,
I am sending this topic to inform you that I need my Founder Account removed. I tested the features of Forumotion's Invision Forum. I was not satisfied with them. Once I finished testing, I deleted my forum.
Could you please delete my Founder Account?

That's strange because I can still use the Founder's tools, as I can log in just fine in https://www.forumotion.com/login ^^;

That is for Forums. I already deleted my forum with your services. What I need is to delete the account I use to log in to https://www.forumotion.com/login

Hi @Janazufr sadly that tool account can not be deleted the tool is just there to restore the forum if you change your mind and it also keeps your forum address for one year.

If you have deleted your forum then your account has been deleted. the tool is for backup reasons only nothing else.
