Another example of viewing while hidden

Tonight . Right now in fact with 100 viewers ( guests ) at the moment . I happened to log on and take a look .



Way down at # 87 on the list . Is a someone or something viewing my Gallery . Now that isn't even possible for me . Unless I reactivate it . It is off the toolbar and not accessible at all .

Just weird . Isn't it ?

Most likely you had a gallery open previously. The bots found it and remembered that you have such a page. Then you closed it, but the bots don't know that and are trying to get to this page to check if your forum data is up to date.

Or somewhere on the forum, there is a link to the gallery and one of the guests tries to see the content.

There is another option - the gallery page is created for the forums anyway. Even if you never activated it - this page is created by default. Somehow the bot has learned that there is such a page, but when it makes a request for this page, it gets nothing because you told the server not to send data that should be displayed on this page.

If guests look at those pages, they only see the login boxes. It could be search engine bots.

Yes I received that response . Could be this could be that .

Guests cannot view something that isn't there .

Bots should show up as bots .



Still mysterious to me .
