My suggest is that you contact the service of administration of card credit, and cancel the buy.
This is, if the alternative suggested by Ape doesn't work. Here in Brazil, to cancel an unrecognized purchase, we need to open a '
police report' at the local police and present the company that manages the card. Contact the support team that manages your card and try to cancel or recover the amount paid.
However, if you made the purchase (taking into account that the process was completed), you can try to send the data (
proof of payment) by private message to

, but the ideal is to wait 24 hours after the payment has been made, for the bank to compensate the amount.
