    I like them. It might need to be a bit longer. Here is how it looks on my forum. How do you make it snow like the logo here on forumotion.com i couldn't find any while googling. If you can't that's ok.

    to post my try i will need the original banner URL which is missing from your first post

    and change your header grey color to match the banner background by adding this code
