guests?

Hi I have a guest question - I don't understand that the guest IP addresses are from all over the world? - From Canada to Hong Kong etc. - It can't possibly be Danes who sit in all those places and look at my debate page? - Or what?

if you see a guest looking at your forum and it has a IP address next to it this is in fact a person or a bot looking at your forum.
As you know nowadays we have VPN so sadly some IP's may not be from the place they say it is.

Sadly we can't control this we only see what the internet will let us see and VPN's really don't help us much now.

if you see a guest looking at your forum and it has a IP address next to it this is in fact a person or a bot looking at your forum.

Ok I can't see the person's exact address because of the VPN - I can only see where someone is approximately located (ie IP geolocation). - It may well be Danes, because my debate forum is in Danish! - Many thanks for this information, which I have been wondering about for a long time! - Sincerely, Paul
