Hello,
Over the last few days, all users have been unable to log into our site, https://osrsadvice.com. This applies to admins (myself), moderators, and standard users alike.
While one user was sending me a complaint a couple days ago that they were unable to log into the offsite, I was indeed able to log in, both to the site and the admin panel. I changed his password and he could still not log in, even with the new one. Now I'm unable to login at all, just like the rest of the users. I also had multiple backup accounts for testing changes and all of those accounts are unable to log in as well.
Admins/moderators are not permitted to recover their passwords but standard accounts are. When standard accounts attempt to recover their passwords, they're being told that they can not recover said account because it's now inactive.
This leads me to believe it's a site error or a site takeover, rather than a simple forgotten password.
