How do you activate users once they apply to your forum Question Because I looked for an hour and couldn't find anything about it.

Go to your Admin Panel >> Users & Groups >> Users >> Inactive Users, they will be listed there.

PLUS you should be getting an email with a link to click to activate them. You can do it either way. The email would come to the email you used when you registered your forum.
