Blinking icon request (closed)

Can anyone make the red arrow and red box blink. Also remove the little white line below the red box. I have tried but i seem to lose quality....

the white line under the image is actually a 3D effect...
I haven't got the programming for animations so i need to pass

but if u told me the bg color of these buttons .. it'll look perfect.

The bg color is black but if it's too difficult then the one above will do nicely thanks }{e-man
