    Is there a way to change the font & size of the title and description of the forum which is located in the banner area at the top? Thanks

    try add some BB tag on it. for example :

    <font size=15>YOUR SITE DESCRIPTION</font>

    btw, its not recommended to increase size of your forum title because it will increase you forum header link also.
