    How can i make a front page on my forum?
    Where You can see who's online... and I can place a picture or something??

    I think your talking about an portal or an skin. A link to your forum will be helpful.

    To add a portal go to:

    Admin Panel>Modules>Configuration (Portal & Calendar)> Show the portal> Yes.

    Do what Le Canadien said then go to Admin Panel > Modules > Portal > Portal Pages Management (left hand column - see image 1) > Structure (see image 2) > Customize your forum > Save
