In some categories i want them not to read and write from all users.I want; "members who doesnt have 50(for ex.) posts can't read this forum"

How can i do it?

well you could put the users with more than 50 posts in to a usergroup and make it so only they can see it. trust me it woks

Yeah that's it which i thought to do. But ;

For ex. i make a usergroup and i put users with more than 50 posts. How can i make a forum that only this users can see and write? That's the problem which i couldnt do.

Make the forum >> set all to "Private- Hidden" then in Group management >> Permissions >> set access to the forum.
