What is your record for most online on your forum

Here's mine:
Most users ever online was 20 on Sun May 11, 2008 11:01 pm

Mines is 4
i dont got so many people.just 4

So I would like to know how that is possible when your stats say:

"We have 286 registered users"

Is that counting your visitors? If so- how did you do that- because I really want to know- the only way I know how many come on my forum is by checking my stat counter- which is approximatly over 1500 visitor a week. So how is it you have more online then are actually registered? (I have over 1050 users)

That counts guests/visitors too. I have no idea why too, but my forum usually has a high number of guests visiting at a certain time of the day. Mine has an average of about 2400 visitors per week.

I guess it is because of the tech support questions that are being asked throughout out the forum. When people "google" PC problems, the solutions on my site is indexed by google. So people just click the links etc... Another thing i guess is because of the techonology news and interesting pictures that are posted.

Currently i have closed part of my forum for guests to view, but will open it when i get my domain settled.

I understand that - Mine is searched by Google too. But for some reason it only shows the amount of people logged in as far as registered users only- it doesn't include visitors. So I was thinking maybe you had a "Special" code you were using to show that Oh well. I will jsut keep checking my stat counter for the true amount

Mine is 5, on June 11.

Whenever i had 20 users online, they were ALL OVER the world! It was cool! Some were in South America, China, India, Russia, USA, its was awsome!

8 only sadly, people join my site but not many come on Anyway 8 people on Friday 25th April

Well my site 5 but people come on all the time just never it's happened that so we've been lucky. Even so, people log on about 10 times every day

i did have 5k users but then someone crashed the site so know i have like 10 as my record

not really 1 of the greatest..
