If I may lay a suggestion, I would recommend animating the little dots on the pic as well. Maybe give it a flickering or fading effect? It would just look more realistic in my opinion.

well i agree but that would take time... BTW circle on the right is edited wrong... :S you can see that both sides of circle do not match

I just added the grey circle with the shooter to your own gif, ce-hub... Easy peasy. Just highlight all the layers in your gif (I think they were 47 or 61, I don't remember) and paste the grey circle where ever I want over it.. *shrug* And thanks guys, but you all can do it too...lol. Yes you can..
