MediaMania Banner (Using CrystalCase theme)

Hi all,

My forum has undergone a skin change, and we are in need of a new banner as the current banner doesn't match the theme we have. We are currently using the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] theme created by Jalokim.

Nature of the creation: Banner
Creation size (in pixels): Anything between 650 to 900 wide and 100 to 250 wide
With or without animation: No animation please.
Background color: Please use colors that will match the forum. Alternatively you could use a transparent background. You're choice so long as it matches.
Picture(s) link(s): I will leave the pictures up to you. The forum is a media forum, so images of the media are important. Check the forum for the types of media we discuss.
Text to insert: Main Text = MediaMania
Sub-Text (optional) = The Media Discussion Forum
Link to the font to download: You may choose the font, however, I do like the font that was used on the default banner for the CrustalCase theme. If you choose a font, please keep it a simple one. I do not want anything unreadable or old looking. Something nice, simple, readable and web 2.0 like.
Font color: White? Green? You're choice. Whatever looks good and attractive.

Extra comments: I would like this to be done as soon as possible, however, do not rush the creation. Please make it the best you have ever made. Could you also please keep the .psd file if your using PhotoShop or the .xcf file if you are using GIMP, as I made need to have additional text added it in the near future. I thank all who attempt it and appreciate your time and effort involved.
