Affiliation Buttons Please (hellboy)

Hi all,

Could I please have two affiliation buttons for [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]?

I would like the buttons to be these sizes (theses are our old ones)

Please have the same text as the old ones but add "MediaMania" then underneath "The Media Discussion Forum" if possible, and please keep to the theme and use the images from our banner:

Please use the same colors and font as in the banner if possible. This would be great. I'll leave it up to you.
