In my forum it says it needs 10 characters to pots a topic, can I change that? Thank you. Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

10 characters in the main topic name like : "Posting topics"
if you made it top it wont work since it needs to be more than 10 and i think that's better to reduce spam on your forums otherwise i cant help you i tho maybe you got it wrong like i did once i tho i needed to make the whole topic less than 255

Its in the forum I made a front desk forum (folder) and to post a topic it needs 10 characters. And yeah I guess that will reduce spam, it would just be nice to know how to lower it if needed. Thanks man.
