Yes you can add videos to posts, youtube and more. The only thing they ask is that you remain within the rules and regulations of forumotion. No x-rated, abusive, racial, so on and so on videos are allowed.

This wasn't allowed previously, but Forumotion have recently changed the Terms of Service, so that you can now embed videos into your forums so long as they are of an appropriate nature.
