I set up my forum to send me (admin) emails to activate new members. However, the email address I was using was recently changed. I have not been recieving those email notifications of new members. Please help!

bro you just change email in that not enough go to this site and change again your new email Click Here

i hope that can help you, or more more way you can active them by go to
admin panal => user & group => users => inactive users
