I don't know how to create a stickey.

When you are about to press "Send"
on a topic go down and you will see Sticky
click on that one then just press send

when you start a topic, or you can also do it by going to the first post of a topic and clicking edit, and than at the bottom of where you reply. you will see options, either already dropped down or not, if its dropped down, u will see where u can check for it to be a sticky or an announcement. if it isnt dropped down than click the + to the right.
