Of course there is no problem.
He is afraid. Since hes last problem we have been talking in MSN, there is a guy that is scaring him and tells him that , that he owns a forum at that age is illegal...

I think that all children should use caution when creating and using a forum, but I don't see anything regarding age limitations in the ToS.

I was told I can't have a forum, and I'm 13 years old. I just made two more forums instead As long as you use precaution, I don't see a problem with you owning a forum.
