Need Buttons Edited

I need the follow buttons just like this image, same font, color, setup, etc.

and i need the following added to the button with the orignal wording removed:
Forum
Portal
User Groups
Profile
Messages
Messages (Blinking with the same color as the little box image on the button)


EDIT:

I also need this button edited, which a trash can on it instead of whats there currently

and also, combine these 2 buttons together, so its the lock and the little pinkish box in the corner

also, final request. i need this button edited to say Online, and pull the little guy off the small square button to use as an image on the pink button. the grey head only to be out of the pink, since the background of the forum is white.
