    I've read the terms of use and I am a little vague on the terms of use. My question is US site, where there is a founder who is 11 years old (as an example). Is this ok? or against the rules?

    What about admins that are 8?

    Yes i am familiar with COPPA, but I am asking about FM rules.

    it states 13 being the youngest to run a forum, as founder, or admin(basically same thing as founder than) in the tos.

    I've been running and forum from 1 month before i turned 13, AKA i was 12...
    then i forgot everything

    You must be 13 yrs old or older to be admin of a forum, Any younger and it is a violation of Forumotions TOS. Such members can be reported to Forumotion and their forums removed. Smile
