    when you create a forum and press save you should go to the permissions screen make sure "guest" is unchecked.

    You can change the permissions of your forum by going to your Admin Panel=>General=>Forum=>Categories and Forums ( Be sure you are in Advanced Mode ) Scroll down and click on the permissions Icon How to make forum register first Perms of the forums you would like to modify and unclick Guests option to view those forums , then save. Smile
