How can I put attachements on my post?

Do you mean like HTMLs, Videos, ect? If so, then you just have to have the HTML code posted with your post. You could also place widgets and HTMLs on your sidebar if you don't know.

You upload it from your computer, where it says Browse.

Like I'm making a post right and I want to attach a file. I tried I cant find any option to do it.

I just realised I'm thinking about a different place, sorry.
Make it a suggestion, I'd definitley go for that.
