Setting Timezone

I have my proper time zone set... GMT minus 4 hours (Pennsylvania, USA)... but it won't display properly on the forum. Help, please.

I am in florida, USA. I have the time set as GMT-4 hrs. Displays fine.

I'm displaying at 2:48 pm... its only 10:48 am! Ugh!

First you need to set it in the Admin Panel (Configurations), then in Your Profil Setting.
