    You can create a rank for top poster.
    decide how many posts it would be and set the rank, anyone who reaches that number of post will get the rank.

    Users and groups> rank administration>click add new rank
    set NO for special rank.

    I think he means can you add a list of the Top Posters somewhere throughout your forum. For example, like in the portal.
