can some one make ne some new buttons

can someone change the buttons i have please i would like them to stay in the glass balls but i think it could do with a change of the pic's in them

if some one can just make me one that has a padlok that is open in the same as the one with the padlock shut and maybe one that has 2 arrows on it

please anyone ? maybe the staff could do this for me and if poss can i have a blank one aswell ?
