    How can i use this effect, when i put this in, how can i open it? Can you tell me please, something like this

    I have no clue about the "random" but the "wow" is world of warcraft and it just shows items, I don't know what good it really is though.

    as for the OP's question, you can't open it, that item is whats being shown, not whats in it.
