    GUYS WHEN I FOLLOW THIS "ACP > Users & Groups > Users > Users Options > Allow new members" BUT BADILY IT CAN'T REGISTER BECAUSE WHEN I CHANGE THE LINK OF MY FORUM THAT PROBLEM OCCUR.. HELP ME... Sad

    How long ago did you change the link?
    didn't the email give you a time frame that the forum may not show?
    maybe that has something to do with it.
