I am using version phpBB2. Is this feature available to phpBB2? If so, how can I activate this?

it should already be active on the index page. I'm not sure where it would be on your forum but on mine its at the bottom next to the "mark all topics read" link in between the who's on line/stats box and the forum areas list...

It isn't anywhere on my board. At the bottom where We have "Mark all forums read", I have "Delete the forum cookies".

Yes, it should be on the bottom no matter which verison you choose.

I do have template editing. But I never made a personal CSS.

Your forum isn't hosted by Forumotion. That is why it isn't showing.

I signed up for the forum on this site, them bought the personal url.

.bestgamesforum.com is not a Forumoion sub-domain.

Plus if your forum is a Forumotion forum, you have violated the Terms of Service by removing the Forumotion link in your forums footer.

The rule said, I can put that there as long as I maintained the link to phpbb.

Second ofall no, you MUST have the link to forumotion on your forums (in the footer) as far as im aware, so get it put back on and contact the admins and verify that, failure to do so may result in deletion of your forum.
