I made a thread and i want to sticky it but the only options i see are deleate, lock, or unlock please help

There is a options bar just below the send button click the [+] button on the options bar

I did all it says is do i want to disable smiles or notify when a reply is posted.

When you're writing your post for a new topic, before you click "send," scroll down and click on the little plus sign next to "Options."

At the bottom of that little box it will say, "Post topic as:" click on "Sticky"
