When people try to join my site it says

"Administrators have forbidden any new members."

How do I change that so that members can join???

In the admin panel go to users and groups > user options

be sure that you are allowing new members

I have that on yes and it stil wont let people join.

Go to admin panel=>General=>Forum=>Configuration and make sure you have both " Forum in construction" and "Forum on holiday" options set to No.
