Activation of Administrator ( Dual activation)

Hi everybody

how can add to the forum or how to do it:

i wanted that if a member register
he/she will be sent an email
he/she will then click the link that will activate it
but before he/she will be added, i wanted to activate/allow this person to join or not to join
then an email will be sent again to him/her that he/she can login to the forum
i mean its like dual activation and protection to hoax person as well

is there a way to do this?

Nopes, you can't do it currently.
Probably you can make a suggestion, can add a poll to this.
