I am trying to set the minimum number of posts for each rank, but it will not save them. Why not? I will go ahead and say that I am not the founder, in case that will affect it.

I'm not a founder on one of my forums that I admin...i change them all the time
matter of fact, I am the only one who does it. the founder wouldn't know where to start LOL

I do notice a lag sometimes with changes...it just might take a few mins
