    How do i view users IP addresses? or can i view them at all?

    yes you can view them.

    upon a users' post there is a button that says "view posters ip address" click that,
    OR
    in ur admin panel, to see the IP address of currently online users in the homepage scroll down to the bottom and you should see the username place in the forum and their IP address.
