Category won't show

On my forum (www.randomclub.forummotions.com) I made different categories but they won't show up on the forum! I can see them at the Administration Panel, but not on the actual forum.
Please help me!!! Thanks in advance.

Admin panel>>Diplay>>Index Packing>>Choose the one you want>>Save. You will now see the categories. It will take some time like 1-2 or so.

In addition to this,

You also need a forum inside a category for the category to show up.
