I've had two people attempt to join my site to no avail.

One submits their registeration & gets a message that their password does not match their username. Second attempt, the perspective member uses a completely different username & password. Same results.

The other gets a message that an activation key is being sent to their email. It wasn't.

How can we get around this snag?

go to:
Admin panel >> users & groups>> user options>> tell us what ur option is please.

You can also change ur users password and active their account.

change password

Admin panel>>users & groups>search user>find them>change password

Activate accounts

Admin panel >> users & groups >> inactive users (side menu) tick and active the user(s)
