We want to access the piece of forum highlighted in yellow. The homepage message is directly underneath, so we can't get to it using the homepage message.

Do we need to alter the CSS? Can someone please help?

to edit the homepage details you must go to
admin panel -> display -. homepage -> generalities


To edit the news block you have to go to your css and do changes there
admin panel-> display -> colors -> css
and locate
newslink{

thats the class that controls the homepage
