I have been using the Vista Plain theme by jalokim with no problems at all. When the photo bucket thing happened I changed to a temporary theme. Today I put my Vista theme back on. The colour of my site name is white I want it black. So I go to Colors locate the part I need. When I copy and pate the new number code in and save, my forum completely messes up. There was no problem with this before. What can I do?

it looks like you didn't install the theme correctly ... follow the steps ^^

Yes i definitely installed the theme - I know never to just save it. I will try and install it again, to see if that makes any difference


Edit: There is definitely a problem. When viewing it was perfect, as soon as i installed it my forum was as the screen shot. So I installed again and the forum was your theme but a grey colour ?

Edit again: problem solved, I just kept installing til it surrendered and went back to normal

ok then...

go to your css
Admin panel -> display -> colors -> css
select the whole text and delete it -> save

after that go to choose your theme ... and pick the vista plain theme from the menu and install it correctly.

go to admin panel -> display -> colors -> css
if there is text delete it and replace with the entire text from the file you downloaded... and save.

Hi jalokim - have edited my post above. I just kept re-installing the theme - it gave up before I did and its now back to normal - thank you for your help
